Introduction: in the present work we show the reality of the children in situation of street and their rights.

justification: the institution will make processes of social change searching the understanding and the restablishment of the affective relation of the human being.

general objective: to promote the rights of the children from five to twelve years.

especific objective: the institution of first childhood includes the recreation, the health and sport.

we will show the other life that the children in the street situation can have if we help them.
